How to Apply for Fulbright Scholarship
Due to the limited number of grants, applying for a Fulbright scholarship is a long process and rigorous process, so you should begin planning a 2 years before youplan to take advantage of the Fulbright Program.The application process begins 15 months before the grant and the last date of submission is 11 to 12 months.

Where Do The Applicants Send The Applications for Fulbright Scholarships?
US citizens can apply for this scholarship through the college they are attending or the cooperating agency overseeing the program.These agencies forward theapplications to the Fulbright Commission / US Embassy in that country to which application for study has been sent.Citizens of foreign countries applying for thisscholarship to study in US must contact the Fulbright Commission/ US Embassy in their country.
  • There are 50 countries with Fulbright Commission.In all the member countries Fulbright Programs applications are overseen by US Embassy and the applicants must satisfy the requirements of holding a valid passport from their country of residence.
  • The foreign applicants for studying in the US under the Fulbright Program must have command of English language and the US applicants applying for higher studies under this program in other countries must have proficiency in the language of that country.
